We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, depending on your needs. In addition to a traditional therapy room, we also offer an art therapy space.
Starting therapy can be intimidating, but we are here to make the process as comfortable as possible. Your intake session will be 80 minutes long. During this time, we will review your forms, discuss your situation, and work together to form goals.
We offer traditional 50-minute or extended 80-minute sessions.
This depends on your needs. Some people come weekly, others biweekly or monthly. Your therapist will help you decide what’s best.

Yes. All sessions are confidential, with a few legal exceptions (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to self or others).
Yes, we offer secure video and phone sessions for clients who prefer remote therapy. Telehealth appointments are available in the traditional 50-minute or extended 80-minute sessions!
