Intake Sessions (80-Minutes)
This time is for us to begin your journey. We will review your forms, discuss your situation, and work together to form goals.
Nervous? Don't worry. This is your time, and you have already done the hardest part - asking us to join you on your counseling journey!
Individual Counseling for Teens and Adults
Navigating all of life's changes is easier with support. Choose what fits your style and needs. We offer traditional 50-minute or extended 80-minute sessions!
We have traditional counseling rooms, along with a space dedicated to creating art during the therapeutic process!
Individual Counseling for Children
We offer individual counseling services for children aged 5 and up. Your child will work 1-on-1 with their counselor in our play therapy room.
According to the Association for Play Therapy, "the therapeutic powers of play [can] help clients prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development."
Counseling via Telehealth
Adults also have the option to engage with counseling via telehealth. This gives you all the benefits of counseling while in the comfort of your own space. Telehealth appointments are also available in the traditional 50-minute or extended 80-minute sessions!
