Lindsey is our clinical mental health counseling intern in her second year of the Master's in Counseling and Development program at Winthrop University. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elon University and has experience counseling those going through crisis, adolescents, and adults. Lindsey also leads some of our enrichment classes, such as Craft & Cry.
Lindsey meets all of her clients where they are at that moment, taking on a person-centered approach. She operates from a place of empathy and compassion, and strives to tailor each session to the client's needs, creating a safe and comfortable space. Lindsey is passionate about working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, grief, body image challenges, women's issues, and life adjustments. She also loves to be creative with clients, drawing from expressive arts and musical techniques. Lindsey currently offers sessions at a reduced rate - contact the office to book with her!
